There’s an activity within this progression that can support individuals at any fitness level while promoting health. Adaptation through modification is crucial. To ease the intensity of this sequence, consider substituting the DSL bar and other equipment with a foam roller or household items. If it remains too challenging, begin with kegel exercises and focused breathing, gradually incorporating additional exercises adjusting intensity as your body adapts.
