Fitness for Kids

Today (1/28/24), brought a warm welcome at Lake Nacimiento. Bright sunshine, calm air, and smooth waters marked an unexpected weather shift this month. In contrast to the vibrant summer, the lake now radiated a peaceful atmosphere, brimming with wildlife. Embracing both warmth and cold, I guide Aria through home exercises that complement her recreational activities. We encourage Aria to engage in many activities, setting the stage for today’s session. Fortunately, today unfolded as an exceptionally beautiful day at the lake!
