Fibromyalgia is a painful condition caused by faulty signaling between the nerves and the brain. It’s as if the nervous system has gone haywire, stuck in a perpetual state of pain. Many mainstream medical professionals may dismiss it as something “all in your mind,” insisting it’s a condition you’ll have to endure for life. But the reality is far more complex. Fibromyalgia breeds stress, fuels anxiety, drains energy, and can plunge a person into the darkest depths of depression.
This video was taken years ago, before I understood and resolved my pain. Back then, every movement felt like a burden, leaving me in a chronic state much like a bad hangover. Through those challenges, I learned valuable lessons that have shaped me into who I am today. For that, I am deeply grateful.
