The ultra-processed food industry has been heavily influenced by the cigarette, pharmaceutical, sugar industries, and many others. These industries have engineered hyper-palatable foods, combining harmful ingredients that are both addictive and detrimental to metabolic health.

Without a conscious effort, escaping this cycle is nearly impossible. We often trade convenience for health—sometimes unknowingly, or thinking moderation is safe.
By the time our health declines, life feels like constant stress, making it difficult to break the cycle for ourselves or our children.
