Stability Training

Aria watched me train with @rewirehp and gradually re-build my step count from 2,500 to over 20,000 a day. When she asked, ‘Dad, can you teach me some exercises that helped you relearn how to skate transitions, ride rails, and hit kickers on your wakeboard again?’ my answer was simple: ‘There’s nothing I’d rather do!’
