Fitness for Fun!

I reflect back and realize the positive impact my health experience had on Aria. Aria was introduced to Matt Cooper of Rewire Health and Performance at a young age.  Matt created excitement, introducing Aria to fun ways to stay active! Today, Aria is stoked to take part in physical activities. Aria eagerly embraces various challenges, from training sessions and fun activities like surfing and paddle boarding with her dog, to playing at home and practicing at Virtus Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Self-Defense Academy. We take comfort in knowing she’s committed to a balanced lifestyle, focusing on nourishing her body and practicing to maintain sharpness and resilience in both her body and mind.

Sessions | Lesson II & III at Wake Island Waterpark!

Wakeboarding used to be my go-to outlet and passion. Now, I get to share that passion with Aria and teach her. We spend time teaching her skills that will enable her to take instructions from other coaches and apply them in the moment. After our last session at Wake Island, Aria asked if I could teach her how to spin on her wakeboard to enhance her board control. Together, we practiced many exercises that would improve her body’s ability for board control and benefit the other sports she loves to play! It paid off. This is what she completed on…

Advanced Nervous System Programming Plus More!

Would you like to teach yourself and your children three key aspects to improve nervous system function? Through personal experience, research, and training a painful autoimmune response that worsened during and after movement, I’ve learned that it takes more than muscle strength to perform activities and enjoy sports. They are: practicing processing more information, processing more information quickly, and improving the speed at which information travels to and from the brain.
